ET GeoWizard: Cleaning Polygon Layer in ArcGIS 9.3.1

This video demonstrates how to clean a polygon layer using ArcMap 9.3.1. Two extensions are required for this exercise:

XToolsPro available at http://www.xtoolspro.com/
ET GeoWizards available at http://www.ian-ko.com/

The scenario being used is as follows: A thinning block, collected using a GPS unit and imported into ArcMap has already had one editing process performed on it: The removal of spikes. That video can be watched here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzDBkv9npQo

This process will involve cleaning the block using ET GeoWizards and then identifying ‘bow-tie` polygons, another common GPS error. To help identify the polygons, XTools performs an area calculation on the block quickly identifying small polygons.
